Revell Type 212 - good for RC?

Just check the Revell Germany site to see what they were up to and I found this]German Type 212[/url]

The sub measures about 40 cm in length. Since the Type 212 is a big honkin' sub with a fairly big screw and high draft, I wonder if this could satisfy the RC conversion modeller.
