US Navy Manta remote controlled sub

I came across some references at the US Sub Museum to a new autonomous and remotely controlled submarine called Manta being developed for the Navy's Future Submarine Command System. Thought I would post the pics in case someone was inspired to build it



Very cool looking piece of kit although after reading Dave Merriman's comments about the stability issues of the Seaview model because of the Manta wings, I am wondering about the hydrodynamics of this shape.
