          I remember seeing something written

I remember seeing something written about the Virginia class boats in a book a while ago, what is the external difference between the Seawolf and the Virginia? I'm sure that the Virginia is longer than the Seawolf due to its additional equipment and spaces, maybe if somebody had photographs of a Virginia sub, they can convert the Trumpeter Seawolf into a similar looking boat? Just a thought.

P.S.]http://www.subcommittee.com/forum/icon_biggrin.gif[/img], especially those awesome looking Rc/non RC models I've seen, good job guys.

            I'm looking for an american

I'm looking for an american nuke to scratch-build. The Virginia would be a huge challenge for me, but well worth the experience. Its such an attractive boat, I can't resist.

There are an abundance of photos of the Virginia on the web, including several good close ups of the sail and upper hull. But there are still some areas that are not very clear. IE, the flood holes on the underside of the hull. I can only assume they are of a similar arrangement to the Seawolf, which I already do have plans for. Also, many of the details of the upper deck in the area of the skid track running down the center are not clear either.

I would love to attempt to build one, but i dont want to show up someday with a completed hull and then find out it is horribly inaccurate. There is an embarrassment factor here that I would like to avoid =)
