Hitech Focus 4 radio - can it be changed to 75Mhz from 72Mhz?

Well I have a older but nice 4 channel radio that is made by Hitech called Focus 4, it's on 72 Mhz and I was wondering if this can be changed to 75Mhz to be legal with surface radio frequencey? I would hate to throw this radio away because I can't use it runtime.. it's what I was using to test my Revell 1/72 Uboat with.

    Ideas?

    Yes, it can be changed

Yes, it can be changed to 75 mHz. But you must send the transmitter and receiver to a factory service center for the change. The transmitter and receiver must be retuned to 75 mHz and this can only be done by an approved facility. Changing crystals (from 72 to 75 mHz) is against the FCC regulations.

HiTec charges $14 to change the channel in the system.
