Does anybody have any idea as to where I might be able to get some 4" inside dia. (110mm) clear lexan (or other transparant material in the UK?

I've not found anyone cheaper than Glazer plastics-

Acrylic tubing only, no lexan or polycarbonate. I'm not sure if they do the exact diameter you are after, but it will be close.

They sell in metre lengths. The tubing is extruded and is 3mm thick.

Ask for their free brochure, specifically acrylic tubing.

Also EMA modelling supplies sell acrylic and ABS tubing. They also sell domed endcaps if that is of interest.

No email for them, but they're based in Shepperton, Middlesex and if you do a quick google you'll find their address and telephone number.

More expensive than Glazer though.
