Can anybody help me source some detail drawings for this class, either full size draawings or CAD generated would be great.

You may want to check with the folks at the London Maritime Museum. http://www.nmm.ac.uk/ Their archive contains plans and photo's for public use for a majority of the de-classified boats.
There may be a cost involved with using this service, but at least you will know the plans are accurate.
The nice folks at the Portsmouth Submarine Museum let me know of this service. After I did the tour they took me to their lunch room where there was a sign informing all model requests should go to the London Maritime Museum.
