I want to add a periscope to my Subtech Ablbacore, does anyone have any good photo's of a model or the real thing? I can't find any good photo's that show it in any detail so I can try to make one thats halfway close.
There are a couple not bad ones there, maybe not close-up enough, though they blow up quite well. I'll be interested in what you find out, will probably be wanting to do the same thing in a couple of months.
Albacore (AGSS-569) always used one periscope only, a 'search' scope, never a slim 'attack scope. I have included the illustration below. Dimensions and other details have been deleted here.
