In another post on this site, there's a quick review of the Robbe XXI, and an offer from one of our vendors that sells them (Ships 'n Things Al Matava)

Used to be a 1/50 scale Type XXI from Rocky Mountain Shipyards- sometimes avaialble used, since the comapny no longer exists.

There's the XXI that Metcalf Mouldings is offering (used to be Darnell's I think...)

There's the Thor Type XXI from Doug Badgely's molds.

Also, if you can still find one around, Ron perrot used to supply a XXI kit, complete with piston tanks.

I believe the hull master was built by Maurice Rickett, and it's a really nicely detailed hull.

Can't recall the exact scale, although 1/48th scale rings a bell.
