I'm giving her a fresh

Pat,


I'm giving her a fresh coat of paint, and am hoping to be finished up this weekend. I did a bit of research into the construction methods of the 19th century and then into the effect that weathering would produce on the hull.

I've got a base coat of flat black followed up with multiple washes of diluted rust. I'll be highlighting the panel lines with a bit of rust as well, and then some more washes. She's turning out well, so far.

Once I'm done, I'll resubmit those photos.
