dropped itin the tub and it sank like a rock darn
but no leaks in the homade wtc wooo whooo
stuffed as much foam as I could in the upper hull and it still sank like a rock doh!
stuffed as much foam in the bottom hull as I could and dropped in again and to my amasment it was decks awash wooo whooo

        well I have to say

well I have to say it was fun but dissapointing
I used the pool we had at our village on the disney resort
the boat handled well and speed was nor over scale even with a stock 550 mabuchi direct drive in a homemand 2 " wtc
no ill affects while using the 7.2 vlt pack the litghts were fantastic but no dives she would try like keck to dive but the prop sticks up ou tof the water and just churns up the water and a reverse dive she goes under like a rock so now I have to retrim and try again I added a few small tabs of lead to the aft end and one under the wtc as she was prone to roll in turns hope I get better responce this time around
also I am torying with the idea of a smaller battery pack of my own design still 7.2 but 1800 mh sub AA size (camera size ) rechargables
        wish me luck

          Keep us all up to

Keep us all up to speed. I'm very interested in what you come up with. I'm planning on continuing with my TI Nautilus as my next project. I've got the design all worked out, but since you're getting there first, maybe I can learn from your successes...

          Thanks,

          Bob
