I need help identifying a circuit board

So I bought a wtc used online. I found it has A board that I don't recognize. I can Identify the pitch controller but not this
It does say uni 2a on the back of the board as well as 2003 pme the chip is a pic16c505. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks Greg W
