Can you recommend a good servo for a 1/72nd SSN 786 3s printed sub?

Slowly putting my USS ILLINOIS together and need advice on servos. I have a 3.5'' Sub Driver which has the motor installed with a speed control. What kind or brand of servo would you place in the wtc? I have forward bow planes, aft planes, rudder, and one pushrod hole left over(raising the scopes, maybe?).

Futaba S-148 or S-3151 with an EMS Linear servo conversion kit. Or Futaba S-3003 with a different EMS Linear servo conversion.
