    scratch build Type 206A

    Hi therre,

The first time here and want to make a building topic for the U boat 206A.

It wil be CNC milled and that is also te first time. Draw for the size of 1 meter, i can make it any size i want. Still don't know if i wil make it slighty bigger.. (1m30?)

The CNC is almost ready, i wil post a update begin 2018. (i hope februari)

The tower was the most difficult, becaus the 3D program was design for rc planes... well, i can...

    Based on the Revell's drawings.

A few photo's of the design.

Will the cnc'd part be to mold it, or will the cnc make the actual hull? What will it be made of? Looks like a great build to watch...

to mold it. First a positiv hull, then mold it. I want to make a few hull’s.

Its bin a while, and now with more time and machinery. I decide to print the sub in 3D. Lost al the files during a colapse of my old computer but recorvered the 206A...

First to make the hull a bit thicker, 3mm. Then setup for the printer. Its not 100% scale, i give it a go anyway. Lenght is 1000mm, 93mm width. Scale 1:50

Love tho have my hobby back.
