I am attempting to build my 2.5" D&E cylinder. Attached is a photo of a part. Can someone identify the reasoning with the float and what the proper angle is? Any in-progress photos would be appreciated.
It's a gas saver device. When the tank is fully blown the float should lay on the bottom of the tank, and disengage the valve releasing the gas. Dave Merriman would be the best person to give you advice, as he made them.
