Questions: Can you drive digital servos (2.4 Ghz) using an analog 75 Mhz Tx/Rx? Can you convert a 75 Mhz analog transmitter signal to a digital signal that can be used by a 2.4 Mhz receiver?
Servos aren't specific to either 75MHz or 2.4GHz, either analog or digital. Both 75MHz and 2.4GHz receivers generate a train of pulses for driving the servos that repeat roughly every 20ms, and range from 1ms to 2ms to indicate the desired position.
There are some newer standards out there now, like S.bus, which is more sophisticated than the old channel per servo standard of old. Sometimes they need to be used with adapters on older radio.
