Scaled down V-8 engine. - More Info?

I have heard on this message board, (or maybe some where eles?) About a company that makes a scaled down V-8 engine for R/C models. Can anyone give me more info on this engine? I'm just wondering... if an R/C sub was big enough, could you rig it to work like a deissal/electric sub? Note]http://www.subcommittee.com/forum/icon_sad.gif[/img]
