Seaquest DSV - The show on DVD, and a posible R/C model

I would like to build a working R/C model of the Seaquest DSV Sub someday. I have three questions for now]http://www.TVShowsOnDVD.com[/url]

    Thank you all,
    PS: I have bought my first R/C Sub kit, a 1/96 scale Skipjack from D & E M.'s

Hey would your pump-jet work with the Graupner 900 BB Moter? About how big a moter would you use?

        Actually, I was thinking about

Actually, I was thinking about Carcharadon's use of bilge pumps for propulsion. That, or a water turbine of some sort, similar to those used on jetskis. The big tentacles out the back of the sub would make good steering vanes.

There's lots of possibilities, and I haven't gotten into the technical aspect yet, as I have three other projects lined up first.

Someone in England has built this model already- a huge version of it....I've seen photos, but I don't remember where I saw them...sorry. It was an impressive piece of work. Can anyone else recall this?

            Yes, it was Andy Cox

Yes, it was Andy Cox who built the Seaquest. I posted some photo's in the Television and movie submarine forum a few months back.
