Engel Submarines

Has anyone had any trouble lately contacting Engel Submarines in Germany.
I have tried on 3 occasions to order some detail parts from them with no reply.
This appears unusual as I normally get an answer within a day or so.
All communication has been via email.
Does anyone know of some problem with them.
It is hard to phone them due to time difference between Australia and Germany, or should I just show more patience.

Not to sound comical but it is now Octoberfest in Germany and from what I know that is a big event there. Maybe reason for email delay.

I have tried to contact Engel since early July Via Email with no responce.

I am pleased to say that Engel Submarines are still alive and well. The order I had with them was delayed due to a shortage of parts.
I would have appreciated a reply to state this but I rang them and they were most apologetic.
Alls well that ends well

I have always had great service ordering from Engel. They are a top notch company.
My last parts order shipped the next day after it was placed.
The only problem I and others have had recently was with (I can only assume) the US customs.
The package passed through sorting in NYC the last week of Aug.
It was delivered the first week of Oct.
Where was it sitting for about six weeks you ask. Good question?BD
