Former submariner, and movie star, and star of the movie "MURPHY'S WAR" has passed away.
Don't know why, maybe because of my love for the GUPPYII &III or whatever, but MURPHY'S WAR still stands out as one of my favorite submarine movies.
Peter O'toole was a signalman on board a Royal Navy Submarine (not sure which one-will reasearch that one).
Anyhow he will be missed.------------gp100man.
