Changing stock WTC on Engel Typhoon - Into cylinder WTC any advice?

Hi Im going to equip my newly bought Engel typhoon with cylinder WTC instead of the stock WTC from engel.
I have never seen a real WTC and wonder which parts goes where and what needs to be in the WTC.
As for materials Im thinking of using PVC that is visible.
How thick should it be?how do I put it all in the WTC and keep it steady?
also how do I get a good boyance with it? should I try to place the WTC where the original stuff was? or will I have to move it around until I get a good balance in the sub?
Grateful for all suggestions and helpful ideas

    Why would you want to

Why would you want to do this? You would have to scrap most of the engel equipment and unless you sell it, its a waste of money. I would not go with a cylinder WTC, it would not work as well.

      because I have been told

because I have been told that if I use the stock WTC I will not be able to mount missiles in the sub, and I would very much like to build a 2 tube system.
Is there another way or perhaps even possible to do it, then Im all open

        Why not section off a

Why not section off a section for a missle compartment. Leave the front dive planes static, and fashion up something. Bo@ti is trying to do the same thing.

Im not sure what to do! this is my first sub so I dont have that much experience with what to do!
But Thierry is pretty sure that I should build my own WTC]

How set are you on missles? I would not do that for a first sub, but what do I know. But if Thiery says no, then go with him.

I seriously considered getting the engel typhoon for my first sub, but I wanted to use it sometime in the future.

So you want to do this

                      Skuggan,

                      Hold them horses

Skuggan, depending on youre previews modeling skills. The only modification I would do for the Engel Typhoon are "Improved Lexan lid".

                      Or

There are room in the Engel Typhoon for an PVC tube of about 140mm OD.

They do not make PVC clear though, so u'll have to use Lexan or more comon used Acryl.

Im still fiddling with my Missiles

                        Hi bo@ti
hehehe well my earlier experiences only looks at my Serpent RC car, how is it going in the development of your missiles then? Im not going to use propel gas so I dont need a launcher I only need 2 tubes that go completly thru the hull.

But Thierry says that there is no way to find the space needed inside the hull, have you found anything to prove him wrong? It would make me a very happy puppy if there is a possibility to use the stock WTC so that I don't have to spend alot of time creating my own WTC:s as I plan to have this sub going this year, not 2010
And there is clear PVC pipes we use them at work

But no I dont think there are room for 20 missiles, anyway you make them or the WTC.

Why should they go thru the hull?

Im more on to Estes "Fireworks" right now. But haven't desided anyway around

no no no not 20 I said 2 hahahaha no I don't think I can afford 20 missiles at a cost of 900$ each
I think that would be the death of me
But two could I fit two in?
Not thru thru but They need to go all the way to the bottom and have a aluminium plate to stand on! because there is a risk that the missiles from Estes will burn down your sub otherwise I to will use Estes as a startrocket

$900 for model rockets? What kind of rockets are you using?
