Some trial running & trimming of my SN GW kit with BD/RCABS. (photo's of RCABS coming next). I have the ballast trimmed a tad positive for now as I am still building up hull & will be adding a fail safe setup.
I've been dynamic diving it though, what a blast! (need a bigger pool).
You can see I have several missile hatches off, will be working on them next.
I used Z cut as kit was designed for...you can see brass screw towards rear of deck hatch cover that holds upper to lower hull halves together.
I have another screw on bottom bow at Z-cut...but have not needed to secure it...seems the one screw on top is sufficient. Makes fast work of opening & closing hull!
The upper tail rudder & the hull section it sits atop of slides into the hull & locks into place at the aft Z cut...upon hull seperation I can lift the rudder up & access linkage quickly. The linkage to the tail rudder is articulated so I can install & remove it quickly. Photos coming so you can see that also!
