Where is a good place to buy Stainless steal shafts ?

I am looking for 3/16 diameter so that it will match up with Skips's Shaft seal tubes .

Does anyone also know of

Does anyone also know of a source for stainless steel (threaded or unthreaded) 3 mm. diameter shafts too? These would fit through the ball bearing supports of a sub I am designing/building.
