Well, the good crew at SubPirates got me hooked on an Ebay auction yesterday for two RC models.
God willing, these two beauts will find their way to my drydock sometime in the near future. I think I found a local company in Atlanta that specializes in packing fragile stuff like that. I hope I didn't make a mistake. The shipping and packing charge is the big question mark right now.
The good news... Auction ended at $202.99... my maximum bid. Pretty sure that the kits alone are worth most of that. They are both RTR (less batteries, I think) as surface runners.
I don't suppose that there is anyone in that neck of the woods that would pack and ship those models for me, is there?
