Stabilit Express and some direction

I'm new to this forum I'm about to build a Robbe U47. I know that Robbe recommends "Stabilit Express", does anyone know in the US I can purchase it or is there a equal alterative that will handle the VacuForm on this model with the same durability and is waterproof

Also is there anyone in the Atlanta area who would be willing to assist with questions and from time to time guide with their opinions ?
