Good Close up of Type VIIc bowplane

Researching German U-boat French war prizes (post WWII). Often one will find beautiful images in round about ways (searching French web pages for U-boats). Here is a close- up clear image of the bow plane of the sous-marin 'Le Mille' (ex U-471), a Type VIIc. Image taken October 3rd, 1956. Researching the Roland Morillot for a 'client'. LOL

    See web page below,

    Very nice photo!

    Like a lot

    Very nice photo!

Like a lot of the post-war Type VIIs, the bow plane tensioners have been removed and the end of the guard has been shortened.
