Hey - SubRon presidents!
Some of the SubRons don't seem to be getting their reports into editor Jeff so he can put it into the SCR. If you have a fun run or a meeting or one of your members has something going on - take a few photos and email them to Jeff with a couple of paragraphs worth of reportage!
The best way to get new members is to get the info out there and show them that you have fun with submarines!
By the way, my offer still stands - if you want to have a banner made to display at your events, contact me. The SC can help you with design and financial assistance to get this done!
Also - if you want to get the media to your event to promote the submarine hobby drop me a line and I will get you a sample release you can email to your local stations. They all have "contact us" on their websites and subs are "man bites dog" enough to get their interest. I work with the media in my everyday job every day and I know how to get them to an event. Just do it!
