Much has happened since I last wrote. Bill is off the ventilator completely and is eating solid food and drinking from a glass! He’s also been standing on the floor, as well as doing many physical therapy exercises.
He still has a slightly “soupy†chest wound from the second operation to wire his sternum together. So the docs are working on that, as well as keeping an eye on his progress with eating. But he’s doing so well] to the rehab center. He’ll have a phone there, as well as his laptop computer, so at that time he’ll be able to write his own updates!
I’ll keep you posted until then.

in to say hello.
