Dougie Martindale hit the nail on the head with his latest U-Boat Markings. German paint got bad as the war went on and if you do a late war boat, the paint job should look bad.
Tom Dougherty's Part 2 of US Sub Evolution has helped fill in the blanks from the Fleet Boats to the infighting that brought the modern subs into being. Great reading.
This is only my third year as a member of the SubCommittee, but I still feel that every issue of the Report is worth the cost of my membership.
