He's a pretty awesome guy. He is retiring Friday in concert with the Sundown Ceremony for Group 2. Writing has been on the wall for a while since the Group had duties as Navy Region Northeast moved off so a SWO could have it. Saddest part is the loss of a Submarine only Flag billet.
