PCM verses PPM

Hi everybody,
I got my FM radio converted to a surface frequency. I had two recievers converted also. One PCM and One PPM.
Any thoughts if one is better than the other for our use?
Also, is it rude to ignore out of town family in for Thanksgiving to work on your sub?

Also be aware that third party failsafes will not work with PCM receivers. A lot of people in this field advise against using PCM receivers, however I used one for many years in my first sub with good performance. So you pays your money and takes youre choice.

The family part is easy. Is it YOUR family, or the wife's family?
