I don't think we want to know.
I actually do like Spam fried crispy like Scrapple.
But you probably don't know what that is.
Most Americans don't.
It is a regional PA meat loaf made from bits of pig.
My Dad used to love it.
But please any PA members may correct me if I am wrong.

Yup, that's scrapple, made from pork scraps and trimmings and combined with cornmeal/wheat flour and spices. You really don't want to know what "pork scraps" includes.
My wife's father grew up on a farm in the Philly area and always liked to have fried scrapple with maple syrup for breakfeast.
I'll stick with pork roll. (BD knows what I am referring to!)

Scrapple? YUM! It's what's for breakfast.
I had my wife eating it for a while until I let her read the ingredients.
When asked, I usually tell people that "it's all the stuff that's not good enough to put in a hot dog"............
