New to the world of R/C submarines. A few questions.

Greetings all.
I have enjoyed RC flying with a couple of planes i had a 72mhz radio and other hardware,
However I am new to the world of R/C submarining, that is to say i know nothing at all about it.
I have been watching various YouTube videos and reading threads here at subcommitte.

Currently i have two submarine models, one a completed static 1/72 Gato and one 1/72 VIIc which i have just started. I am seriously wanting to RC one of them.

Which, if either, should i start RCing with?
If the above kits are acceptable, where should i look for diving and RC hardware?
What advice would those of you who are experienced like to offer?
