Help with Membership

Anyone out there got membership's ears? I payed with paypal about a week ago. Still have no access to membership area's of this site. I've sent a few e-mails but no response yet. Considering withdrawing my payment via pay pal.

Any idea's?

Not sure who you emailed, but I never saw one.

That said, I do have record of your payment last Tuesday, and have asked that your account be activated asap.

Please understand that the process is staffed entirely by volunteers, who also have day jobs. I typically report all new paypal activity on Monday (catches all the weekend activity), so your Tuesday payment just missed my last report to the account admins. I've been offline since last Thursday, and will be catching up tonight.

If you need to place blame, I'm your man. However, I hope you'll understand the process and it's human limitations. We're working to get it more streamlined, but it's still under development. Thanks for joining in!

I just received the payment update information from Jim and have updated your forum account to the correct membership status.

Please let me know if you have any issues accessing the members only child forums or downloading the SCRs.

Awesome! Thanks guys. And I fully understand how this site is run by volunteers. Believe it or not I joined way back in 2004..when ex wife said i could build a ship.
I blame no one for the delay. I'm happy with the site.

However. I'm on my way to the cottage.....for five days. So I'l lhave to check out those members only perks when I get back. Bringing my sub to work on while i'm on the deck with an ice cold drink.
