    Avatar Upload Question

OK. when I attempt to upload an avatar from my own computer's files (and yes, it meets the pixel specifications) I get the following message:
Temporary folder could not be found. Please check your PHP installation.

What exactly is my PHP Instalaltion, and how do I check it?
    Thanks!

    Tom,

I think that's an error from within the forum. PHP is the language that the forum is written in. We'll need our forum guru, Ronald, to look into it.....

      Re: Avatar Upload Question

Thanks, Jeff. It's not urgent at all.
I just thought that since I had the time the other day, I would upload a avatar, but it is by no means a necessity!

Hi Tom, uploading data is considered a security risk and was therefore blocked.
If you mail me the picture I can glue it onto your account.
my email account is called 'raalst' and it lives at gmail.com.

          Ronald,

Thanks for the explanation. I didn't know that you had blocked that capability.

Thanks, Ronald. It's probably not worth your time; I can live without an avatar!

              Tom,

Any of the forum moderators can apply an avatar to a user account. Send it to me or Ronald and we'll be glad to take care of it.
