Hi All,
Not sure what the protocol is here but i thought i would say a quick hi. I used to be a Sub Committee member well over a decade ago when i had a Darnell X Craft and a Martyn Hartshorn type VII.
The type VII sat on a shelf for 18 years before being posted free and untouched you a young gentleman in Wales who was just starting out in model submarines.
I thought that would be it until someone offered me an untouched OTW S Class for a price that i could simply not refuse, it would have been rude. The S class is now in the process of being built and has re ignited my interest in the submarine world. That interest is predominantly the more unusual looking craft of WW1 and 2, though i have always liked the Oscar class.
regards
