waterproofing wiring from the WTC ?

I was wondering if you have a WTC with the ballast tank in the center, and you need to run wire from one side of the ballast tank to the other, do you just seal around the wires with epoxy or silicone sealant? In my first posting, you can see what I'm up against. I need to rework the size of my oversized WTC and make a ballast tank in the center. I'll make the fore planes direct control and the aft planes for a leveler. So I'll need to run servo and power leads from one end to the other. Any ideas?

    Thanks,

Some cylinders have a brass tube running through them as a conduit for the wires. The conduit must be sealed at each end of course.
