Contact these fine people. They can answer. I would think colors varied widely based on the theatre - North sea to Singapore areas and probably followed camo of the larger sister boats in those theatres. Research and share with us please.

If you built scale plastic airplane models (IPMS), you might be used to everything having been researched for you, and assume it is correct. Often not where subs are concerned. Welcome to submarines! I've got two of Verlinden's Chariot kits kind of like this one and wanted to make sure I had the colors at least close.
