Why am I having problems logging into the board every time I use directly the log-in boxes at the top of the webpage but not when I first click on the reply button at a particular thread then log in?

What is the url that you are using for the "top of the web page"?....at the top of the webpage.....

It not a problem if I want to post a reply to a particular thread but if I want to see if I got any personal messages I have to open a thread and click on reply just to be able to log in.Comment

I understand the url you are using to do a reply to a forum thread. What I am trying to understand is what url you are using when you attempt to login. Is it the forum main page of the SC home page. (they're two different things)

I'm not sure it helps but
- try to clear the cache of your browser
- try to "remove all board cookies",
button on the main forum page,
lower left.Comment

Sorry. I was using the main board index.
Funny thing is now I don't have any problems when I logged in at the board index page.
