just to let you know that the group "membership 2009" was deleted.

you should now be listed as a member for "membership 2010" or "membership 2011" to continue
enjoying the elevated rights of paid members.

as it is nearly 2011, not too unreasonable a request, methinks

Just to let everyone know it seem a large number of the 2009 membership has been paid up but have had their membership canceled

Just to be clear.......Memberships in the SubCommittee have not been canceled. Those members who did not have their forum group set to "SubCommittee Member 2010" saw their forum status change to a 'non-member' status.

I've asked the membership chairman and forum moderator to work the method to resolve.

It was always a difficulty to keep up with because no one ever included their forum names on their renewals and the database we have associated with memberships numbers is a bit limited so far. Dont forget to fill that part out on your renewal if you want to make sure you retain full access without any hiccups.

we are busy trying to restore access to the members only section to users
which did pay but have not been included into the "members2010" list.

if you think you paid your SC dues for 2010, and notice your username is currently green (signifying that you are a non-paid-up forum user), please
reply on this thread, mentioning your full name.

as Kevin said, do NOT assume we know what
REAL name (e.g. for me "Ronald van Aalst") belongs to what USERNAME ("raalst").
payments are registered on real name, the forum does not store your full name anywhere...

I'll be back on station wednesday evening, I'm away on company business now.

All three people who posted to this thread have been made member of the membership 2010 group,
which should have restored their privileges.

I have no info on who have actually paid their dues for 2010.
we are still sorting that out (you do not want ME to get my grubby fingers on your credit
card details, do you ? ).
