HMS Torbay & other Blue Royal Navy submarines

I could see this affecting both static and RC builders, so I'll trat this as more of a general subject.

HMS Torbay has been sporting a deep blue color for the last few years often described as "Steely Blue."
Some photos detailing this:

Note that I chose some photos that show different "brightness levels" to the blue on purpose, just to show the range of appearance.

My question is, does anyone know how far down the hull it extends? Based on a few photos it's obvious it does not cover the entire boat and that a black anti-fouling is still in use, but I'd sure like to know where the original demarcation is!

The two photos I've found that hint at the location are this emergency blow]http://www.royalnavy.mod.uk/operations- ... eIndex/41/
and this bow-on shot taken during a helo winch excercise]http://www.royalnavy.mod.uk/operations- ... eIndex/33/
These appear to show the top knuckle on the bow as the demarcation point forward, but since the Trafalgar class tends to sit a little bow high, I'm wondering if it follows the waterline aft or maintains a line parallel with the hull, and what the upper side of the stern planes are colored.

I thought I'd show what I decided to do.. attempts and finding any real information were (unsurprisingly) unsuccessful so I guessed. One picture shows the approximate point on the bow; I chose the base of the fin as the rear point and aimed there:

Paint is 2/3 Model Master's US Navy Blue Angels Blue and 1/3 aircraft cockpit black. It color shifts as much as the real paint does too....

Stumbled across this; it appears the Italians are going blue too:
