Very creative idea. There are, of course, a number of details that would need to be worked out for this....but one main question needs to be thought through:

What happens if not enough tickets are sold?

How did the OTW submarine raffle turn out?

It turned out fairly well, except for the few people how had complained, that finally made us decide not to hold another one.
