DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS IS?

This a picture of USS Henry Stimson SSBN655. There is a "hump" on the starboard side aft the last missile tube. Does anyone know what it is for? It may have something to do with the towed array as other pictures I have of Lafayette and Benjamin Franklin class boats without the towed array do not show the "hump". I'm curious because I'm at the point in my USS Will Rogers model where I'm building the "hump".

Bill,
The "hump" covers the external components (cable reel) of the BQR-15 towed array.
Send pics when done if you could.
I retired from the Nav off the Willy R. in 79.

Thanks very much. You confirmed my guess. I've been researching this boat for over 5 years to build my model. It's taken quite awhile but I'm making progress. Why this boat? My nickname at USMMA was "Will" Rogers. Some classmates still call me that. If you don't mind, I may have other questions for you.

Here's a drawing of the Antenna and Mast Arrangement for the Kamehameha. Does this look anything like what the Will Rogers would have had?

Looks good to me as far as locations are concerned, not sure at what date the BRA-34 replaced the BRA-9 appearance would be different. The drawing you have would cover the late 70's to 1980 for sure.
