I missed the other part of your question since *you* asked a new question.
Answer: the Philosophy Department at the University of Walamaloo (sp?)
Also, I agree that all the odd number rules are the same: no poofters!
BD: there are at least two definitions for 'poofter' that I am aware of. Either a homosexual or a soft/feeble person. I'll leave it to others to decide which definition the sketch was using.
Okay......let's get back to our Mrs. Teal question.....any takers?
Well, considering the caricature of the male Australian that was portrayed in the sketch, it's obvious that "pooftah" was not used to describe a soft person.....
Mrs Teal: yes, that's the sketch about the TV programme "Blackmail". If I remember correctly, Mrs Teal paid 50 English pounds so that her husband and children would not hear the name of her lover.
Does anyone know the address of this renowned TV programme?
Are you perhaps referring to the Prawn Salad sketch? That would be the "accident sketch", yes? The one where someone is in a room and things keep falling down and one or two people 'fall' onto a dagger, etc.
I'm sorry guys, once again, life got in the way, this time in the shape of end-of-the-year deadlines, illnesses in the family and lent Monty Python DVDs and script books! Got most of it under control again now...
Yes, Jeff, you're absolutely correct, it was the Prawn Salad sketch (not the Shrimp Salad sketch) and it involved a man visiting a house with things falling spontaneously off the wall, people stumbling into daggers, a policeman dying from a heart attack and finally, the house collapsing/exploding.
Darn, it's not easy to find a question you can't answer correctly! When I can find the time, I'll go through all the episodes with a fine comb!
And the plumage don't enter in to it - its stone dead!
