    Re: Triva

What did the notorious Piranha brothers use to intimidate people? BD.

BTW-it was the Bishop of Leicester. I remembered that one now.

Ding, ding , ding! Yup....the Bishop of Leicester is the one I was thinking of.

re: Piranha brothers - was that the one where they threatened to beat people up....but it took them a couple of tries to get it 'right'?

          Re: Triva

Ahh...not really wrong. You confirmed which skit it was.....beating someone up was the threat. Later in the skit he doesn't really threaten....he just nailed their heads to floors, tables, etc.

          How's that?

Actually I was thinking of his brother Doug!!
            You are correct about Dinsdale.
            What was Doug's tactic?

Okay...the only other thing I can think of is "terror", but that's not really a specific threat?!?

                Oh, wait......Doug ...not Dinsdale!

That would be sarcasm? (or was it sarcasm and violence?) Somewhere in that skit is a nuclear bomb as I recall!

Whew! Glad we got that one figured out!

How about some that others (besides BD and I) can get?

In Whizzo Quality Assortment, what is it that makes number four so crunchy?

Sorry for trailing behind a bit in the postings (different time zones, after all), but I seem to remember that Doug used satire. I can't check now, as my script books are still packed because of my moving house again.

By the way, Jeff, you were right of course, I did mix two skits up. That's what you get with all those guidance counsellors and trying to get into this quiz solely with the aid of your memory!

And if I remember correctly, the frog in the Whizzo Crunchy Frog chocolate, the frog was "lightly killed and cleansed with spring water". Personally, I prefer the bonbon with the spring-activated metal balls, piercing your cheekbones......

                            Robert,

                            Ah, yes......Spring Surprise!

And yes, #4 was the bones in the frog.

Now....where did the Whizzo Chocolate Factory get the frogs?

Oh yes, after answering the question I can ask one myself.

OK, in the cyclist tour skit, what jettisoned itself out of a car's window?
