As of November 1 2009 all membership renwals I reciever will be automatically applied to 2010 membership unless otherwise stated.

Additionally pleases remember to include your forum name with your renewal to ensure that your forum access stays current with your membership.

You also always have the option of printing it off the web site.

Yes of course! Paypal via the website is still available for everyone to use as well. Just remember to include information like phone number, member number, and forum id in the additional information box, if you know them.

Membership runs from January through to December each year. If you join late in the year, you should have received the back issues of the report for that year (did you?). Of course that does mean that the membership dues come around rather quickly, but after that it's every 12 months like any other club I know of.

This is all in black and white on the membership form.
