It's my opinion that kits sell better. Most folks are willing to invest their time as a trade-off to an increased cost. Offering a build service for those with the $$ or who lack the skills would be good as well.
I figure basically two groups. Most on this board who can work with a basic fiberglass shell and others who just want an inexpensive hull ready to to run. But I can do either.
No split in the hull. I thought it best to leave that choice to whomever owns it, but I would strongly suggest a top/bottom split with the top to include the lateral keels and salons. I'll post pictures on the Yahoo site, eventually.
