I can't explain how this happens, but it seems one of the overseas members, maybe Ronald van Aalst, gets his issue before anyone else. There must be one of those bank drive-thru tubes running directly from Fort Wayne, Indiana, where they are mailed, straight to his post man. He gets his copy before I receive mine in the mail, and I live in Fort Wayne.

It's weird.
