1/32nd Scale Type XXI Hull Kit

Several years ago someone produced a very nice 1/32nd scale Type XXI kit. I believe Mike Dory constructed one of these. Does anyone know anything about this kit???

This was 32nd Parallel's project which had never gotten to the point where it could be accurately called a "kit". To the best of my knowledge, less than a dozen hulls were ever built.
