Probably the easiest and quickest way would be to go to their web site (www.traplet.com) and either order it directly from the web site or give them a call. (I called them to order my copy when it first came out and they were very responsive!)

when you get it, check

when you get it, check that it is not missing a bunch of pages in the middle of the publication. i noticed it after i had it a while.
