    Great prices on Li-Po batteries

I found this the other day and I thought perhaps others would appreciate these excellant prices. As to the quality I can only guess. However the next Li-Po battery that I need I think that I will try one.

    The DeWalt A123 batteries are

The DeWalt A123 batteries are a dream come true. They have virtually all of the advantages of LiPo's with virtually none of the disadvantages. They can be charged VERY quickly with most LiPo chargers by using a "Dapter", which costs well under fifty bucks. They are the best combination of safety, power density, size and weight, as well as ease of use, that I've seen in my forty-five years of R/C model activity. They also have almost zero self discharge, and don't like to catch fire. It's my belief that they will become the battery of choice very quickly, and I urge you to try them out

        Hi Gents,

        I've used the Zippy

        Hi Gents,

I've used the Zippy flightmax 2200mAh LiPos in a heli, and they are pretty good units (so far, only 10 charge cycles in). The price is definitely right, and my experience with the customer service at hobby city has been good.
Could be also I'm swayed by the cheap delivery from HK to Australia

The A123s seem really well suited, I've just bought some and they are getting split into packs for my first sub.
